Job Description :

• User experience designers will be responsible to plan, think and design how users will be interacting with the system. The design should be focusing on human-centered experiences.
• Conduct and facilitate design thinking workshop session with business users in order to capturing existing process, user pain points, user aspirations as the baseline of the user experience design.
• Keep up with the latest design trends, best practices, and improvements in user interactions designs
• Create user story with user-centered designs by understanding business requirements, and user feedback
• Create mock ups and wireframe and design the end-to-end user flow
• Translate requirements into style guides, design systems, design patterns and attractive user interfaces
• Design UI elements such as input controls, navigational components and informational components
• Create original graphic designs (e.g. images, sketches and tables)
• Identify and troubleshooting UX problems (e.g. responsiveness) Incorporate customer feedback, usage metrics, and usability findings into design in order to enhance user experience
